Ready to upgrade your acoustic? Looking for that purer acoustic tone now that you've worked hard on your technique? The Brunswick BP200 Parlour is a great choice for players who prefer a smaller bodied guitar that still packs plenty of tonal character. With its slim body contours, shorter-scale length and 12th fret neck join, the BP200 is easy to play and feels noticeably different to other larger Brunswick guitar shapes. It is a great model for those who want a compact guitar that can be relied upon to deliver a great, unique sounding performance. The No.6 exquisitely captures the spirit of Rathbone Guitars with its time-honoured short-scale Parlour design matched with visually captivating and great sounding tonewoods. The all-mahogany tonewoods of this R6ME Parlour model exude a classy vibe and deliver a warm and mellow tone that performs especially well as an accompaniment instrument. It responds well to strumming and fingerpicking, occupying the midrange with balance and personality. No.6 models are the first series in the Rathbone Guitars range to feature slotted headstocks. This headstock design increases the angle at which strings cross over the nut, thus increasing the downward tension which gives strings – particularly open strings - greater tonal clarity and note articulation. Furthermore, as smaller bodied Parlour shaped guitars like the No.6 have a naturally delicate voice, the slotted headstock design works in harmony with the 12th fret neck join to deliver all-important tonal warmth, punch and dynamics… so not only will your Rathbone No.6 radiate a traditional Troubadour aesthetic, it’ll sound fantastic too! Electro-acoustic model featuring an onboard Belcat preamp with 3 Band EQ with Tuner.
